Role as General Specialist
As a district physician at Bra Liv Nässjö Healthcare Center, you are offered an independent position where you have opportunities to influence your work. The work is varied, including scheduled and urgent patient consultations, supervision of training physicians, collaboration with home healthcare, and the opportunity to work at municipal special housing facilities and/or child healthcare. We offer you an exciting and engaging job close to the community with many contact points where your expertise is utilized and stimulated. On-call and emergency shifts at the Urgent Care in Eksjö are included in the position.
Your Future Workplace
Nässjö Healthcare Center is part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv and belongs to the region-driven primary care. Our goal is "better health for everyone," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality.
Our team at Nässjö Healthcare Center currently consists of approximately 60 employees from various professional backgrounds, and the healthcare center has around 15,000 listed patients. Our facilities also house Nässjö Training Center, where we introduce foreign-trained doctors to Swedish primary care and provide various competence development initiatives for our employees.
Nässjö, with a population of approximately 31,000 inhabitants, is located along the railway between Malmö and Stockholm, providing excellent connections throughout the country. From Nässjö, you can easily drive to Jönköping in about 30 minutes, which offers a wide range of cultural and entertainment options. A college is also located there.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proof of specialist competence and good Swedish language skills (at least C1 level)
• Has experience as a district physician to help shape the development of our medical team and overall operations, playing a central role
• Has experience supervising training physicians and other professionals at the healthcare center
• Can work independently and with various professional groups
• Is committed and responsible and understands the importance of good patient interaction
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us
• Learns new knowledge, works according to the latest research, and serves as a knowledge resource for colleagues
• Can adapt work, approach, and attitude based on patient and situation
• Holds a B driver's license
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment
