The Role of General Specialist
As a district physician at Bra Liv Sävsjö/Vrigstad Healthcare Center, you'll be offered an independent position with opportunities to influence your work. The work is varied, including scheduled and urgent patient visits, supervising trainee physicians, collaborating with home healthcare, and opportunities to work in municipal care facilities and/or child healthcare. We offer you an exciting and engaging job close to the community with many interaction points where your skills will be utilized and stimulated. On-call and emergency shifts at the Närakuten in Eksjö are included in the position.

The healthcare center has approximately 11,500 registered patients, 55 employees, and is part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv. Our shared goal is "better health for everyone," which we achieve by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality. The healthcare center is located in the Småland highlands.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
• Has proof of specialist competence and excellent Swedish language skills (at least C1 level)
• Has experience as a district physician and will help shape the development of our medical team and overall operations
• Has experience supervising trainee physicians and other professionals at the healthcare center
• Can work independently and with various professional groups
• Is committed and responsible and understands the importance of good patient interactions
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us
• Embraces new knowledge, works according to the latest research, and serves as a knowledge resource for colleagues
• Can adapt work, approach, and interaction based on patient and situation
• Holds a B driver's license
• Wants to contribute to participation and a good work environment through excellent collaboration with management and colleagues
