Three years ago, we at Elite Hotels of Sweden launched our ambitious hotel venture – Ad Astra by Elite, located at the beautiful Snäckviken in Södertälje.
The spa reception is the hub of Vana Spa Snäckviken, and it is often here that guests have their very first and last contact with us.
The work in our spa reception includes – among other things – check-in and check-out, upselling, planning, staffing the spa bar, serving food and beverages, handling the phone switchboard and emails, managing bookings, providing general concierge services, and maintaining the spa lounge, spa, and reception areas in excellent condition.
Experience working in a hotel reception and very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, are minimum requirements. Training in our spa system B4T, hotel system HMS, and restaurant systems WaiterAid & Open will be provided on-site.
The working hours for spa receptionists working day and evening shifts are primarily between 08:30 AM – 10:30 PM, and until 01:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Weekend work every other week is included. Salary according to HRF's & Visita's collective agreement.
The position in question is part-time, 20%.
