In the role of Spare Parts Support with us, you are a key person supporting our customers regarding all types of spare parts inquiries. You work closely with our service technicians who are out at customer sites and are involved in the entire chain; From preparing documentation for ordering, monitoring deliveries to handling invoicing.
This is a broad role that suits you who like to see the overall perspective, have good technical understanding and a sense of service. You are a problem solver who enjoys having many contact points, both internally and externally.
What You Will Do
In the role, you will work with the entire spare parts flow. You receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. You search for and identify the right parts for our technicians. You are responsible for order administration, purchasing, and pricing. You follow up on deliveries and ensure that customs certificates are issued. You also maintain ongoing contact with our spare parts headquarters and provide administrative support and data review for our service technicians.
What We Believe You Can Bring
• Technical knowledge, preferably from the automotive industry or mechanics
• Experience with customer contact and administration
• Comfortable working in digital systems
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Preferably education from vehicle programs or similar
Who You Are
To succeed in the role, you must be accustomed to having technical dialogues with customers and colleagues. You are independent, outgoing, and enjoy collaborating. You have a strong sense of service, are detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, even under time pressure.
