Are you ready to take responsibility for a key function in our technical operations?
As Spare Parts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and managing the Spare Parts department in Sweden. You will ensure that the team provides the right spare parts at the right time and quality, and that ordering, inventory management, and distribution processes run smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with both internal departments and external suppliers, with the goal of achieving high customer satisfaction and efficient inventory turnover.
This is a role for someone with solid leadership experience who enjoys creating structure and a good work environment. You easily engage others and are accustomed to handling both operational issues and strategic decisions.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will lead and develop the team, work on optimizing inventory levels, and manage purchasing in collaboration with your manager, Scandinavian Spare Parts Manager. You will plan and conduct inventory, ensure high service levels and maintained customer satisfaction. You will contribute to a secure work environment, manage challenges as they arise, and ensure effective team communication. You will identify skill needs and plan further training to strengthen team development.
What We Believe You Can Do
You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, are experienced in administrative work, and have a good understanding of project-based work. You have experience in technology and spare parts, and enjoy building relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. As an experienced leader, you are comfortable taking responsibility, leading teams, and creating engagement, while driving work forward with structure and clear goals.

You remain calm even when the pace is high, have a structured approach, and ensure things get done. The job involves travel within Sweden and Denmark, and a B driver's license is required.
