Job Responsibilities The Role Involves a Holistic and Long-Term Approach to Following Development, Supporting, Coordinating, and Leading Processes and Development Work in Sustainability, with a Focus on Climate and Environmental Strategic Issues and Energy Planning. An Exciting Position with Diverse Tasks! You Will Be Responsible for the Municipal Strategic Planning in Sustainability, Climate, and Energy in Ale, Which May Include Project Managing the Development of Relevant Governance Documents Such as Energy and Climate Plans. The Role Also Includes Participation in Planning and Development Issues. You Will Provide Internal Support on Sustainability and Climate Matters and Represent the Municipality in Various Networks. Coordination of Responses to Consultations Within the Area of Operations is Also Part of the Assignment. Qualifications We Are Seeking Candidates with a Multi-Year Academic Degree in Cultural Geography, Sustainable Development, Environmental Science, or Another Equivalent Qualification as Assessed by the Employer. Additional Training in Change Management and/or Conversation Methodology is Advantageous. You Should Have Several Years of Professional Experience in Strategic Climate and Sustainability Work, Development and Change Management, Strategic Leadership and Governance, and Experience with Political Decision-Making and Preparatory Processes. Expertise in Climate and Sustainable Development is Required. Proficiency with Office Software is Also Necessary.
