Are you looking for a rewarding customer service role in Stockholm starting in early 2026? We are currently seeking a customer service representative on behalf of our client to strengthen their customer support for approximately three months at the beginning of the year. About the Role
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and an essential part of the team. You will work in a busy environment, focusing on providing quick and professional service, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the development of routines. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine a service mindset with technical understanding and enjoys being part of a growing and evolving company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive calls and emails from the company’s customers
- Provide technical support regarding the customer’s platform
- Distribute error messages to technicians
- Contribute to the development of processes and FAQs
- Collaborate closely with product owners and the technical team
Systems you will work with: Zendesk, Grafana
We believe you have:
- Experience in customer service via phone
- Understanding of customer service processes
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English
- Preferred: experience with Zendesk and technical understanding

- Self-leadership and proactivity
- Ability to handle technical issues and create a positive customer experience
Start Date and Scope
This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Hero for the duration of the assignment. The assignment is time-limited from January to March, with the possibility of extension depending on needs. You will work full-time during office hours, Monday to Friday.
