Ski Club by Bräjks is the mountain's new gem – a place where joy of food, socializing, and community are at the center. We are a sister restaurant to Bräjks Matbar. Here, both guests and staff feel at home, surrounded by mountains, skiing, and genuine culinary experiences.
We serve homemade traditional dishes with love and pride. The menu features meat, fish, and vegetarian options, all prepared from scratch with the highest quality local ingredients. Our café fills the air with the scent of freshly baked goods every day – all snacks and bread are baked on-site by our own team. We believe in simplicity, honesty, and authentic flavors.
About the Role
As a sous chef with us, you will be the kitchen master's right hand and an essential part of the kitchen management. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly during service, maintain top quality, and inspire your colleagues to deliver food that warms and impresses.
You will:
• Lead the kitchen team together with the head chef.
• Contribute to menu planning, orders, and daily operations.
• Ensure that the kitchen maintains the highest quality, both in terms of flavor and hygiene.
• Help create a warm and inclusive work environment where everyone thrives.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience from à la carte kitchens and preferably has previously worked as a sous chef or head chef.
• Has a passion for traditional dishes, local ingredients, and genuinely prepared food.
• Is a confident leader with good teamwork skills and remains calm even during busy times.
• Has an eye for detail and pride in your craft.
You enjoy having fun at work, taking responsibility, and contributing to the family atmosphere that Bräjks is known for.
