At Hotel Kallgården, we are currently seeking an individual with a strong passion for cooking! We offer the opportunity to manage Kallgården's kitchen by creating menus, overseeing planning and purchasing, as well as ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
We aim to provide our guests with an authentic culinary experience where flavors and food craftsmanship are the focus, and hospitality is of great importance. The restaurant accommodates approximately 50 guests.
During the winter season, we serve lunch in the restaurant and provide catering services, while in the evenings, we offer a set three-course dinner. We also welcome larger groups.
We provide staff accommodation.
The position can be extended to a year-round contract.
