Enskede Värdshus is a family-owned restaurant that has been offering a rural setting on the outskirts of the Enskedefältet residential area for 30 years, with close proximity to the city's pulse. We serve a large lunch buffet from Tuesday to Friday, a Christmas buffet from November to December, Sunday brunch, and a seasonally adapted à la carte menu from Thursday to Saturday. We are one of Stockholm's largest event organizers for celebrations—weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and memorial services—and the layout of our facilities allows groups of 16 to 220 people to have their own dedicated party space.
The restaurant is on a journey of renewal and is therefore seeking a new enthusiastic cook who not only wants to come along but also wishes to help "set the course."
The main responsibility will be to manage kitchen service as well as assist the head chef with orders and menu development. We are a close-knit team that prepares food from scratch and is heavily influenced by classic flavors and traditions from Swedish cuisine. In addition to focusing on à la carte, various tasks during lunch, brunch, and events will also be part of the role.
The schedule operates on a three-week rotation: three evenings a week until 9:00 PM, off every third weekend, and one lunch shift per week.
