Job Responsibilities We are now seeking you who are interested in working with the emergency care departments at Halland Hospital. The exact placement will be determined based on the organization's needs in combination with your skills and experience. The main tasks include patient work on the ward with assessments, rehabilitation efforts based on patient needs, and often reporting to the next care level. In your daily work, you will collaborate with colleagues with various competencies in a team. To ensure you feel secure in your tasks as a new employee, you will be assigned an experienced colleague as a mentor and receive an introduction tailored to your previous experience. About the Workplace At the Rehabilitation Clinic in Halland, approximately 280 employees currently work. This includes occupational therapists, dietitians, counselors, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants/rehab assistants. We work in close collaboration with all clinics at Halland Hospital. At Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy at Halland Hospital Varberg/Kungsbacka, we are about forty employees; occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehab assistants, and department manager. Qualifications We welcome you who are a licensed occupational therapist. Those who have completed at least 4 semesters of the occupational therapy program and are interested in working as a rehab assistant are also welcome to apply.
