JOB DESCRIPTION: During the summer, our regular staff will be on vacation, and you will be an essential part of ensuring that our fantastic social services run smoothly. The tasks vary depending on which area you work in, so please feel free to contact us for more information. We provide all theoretical and practical introductory training with an assigned supervisor. This may vary depending on your previous experience and education. You will be insured while working with us, and you will be provided with work clothes for your specific role. QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for someone who, together with colleagues, wants to improve the lives of our users. You should be committed to the mission and have the ability to collaborate and take initiative. We prefer candidates who are trained nursing assistants or are currently pursuing nursing education, but this is not a requirement. Previous experience in similar roles within elderly care, LSS, or home care is beneficial, but this is also an opportunity for those who are completely new and want to try the profession. Personal suitability will be given significant weight. In some of our areas, a driver's license for a passenger car is required, for example, within Home Care and Night Patrol.
