Who are we?
Kaiding Law Firm was founded in 1956 in Skellefteå and is today Northern Sweden's largest and leading law firm with approximately 60 employees across six locations in Jämtland, Västerbotten, and Norrbotten.
We aim to be the most accessible law firm in Northern Sweden. With local presence and in-depth knowledge of business and entrepreneurship, we offer specialized legal consulting across most legal areas.
About the Role
We are now seeking summer legal interns for our offices in Luleå, Piteå, Skellefteå, and Östersund.
As a summer legal intern at Kaiding Law Firm, you will have a central role in the firm's daily operations and be our external face during the summer period. Your tasks will include receiving incoming calls, emails, and visitors, as well as distributing cases. When needed, you will also assist our lawyers with legal tasks such as legal investigations and practical support in their work.
This position is an opportunity for you to gain insight into working at a law firm, while getting to know us, and us getting to know you.
The work period spans weeks 27-31, or as agreed.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone studying law who will have completed at least four semesters by July 2026.
We want someone with an interest in law firm operations and the ambition to gain insight into the role of a lawyer during this internship.
You are committed, meticulous, and service-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. You communicate well verbally and in writing, have an interest in practical law, and appreciate collaboration in a professional yet unpretentious environment.
