Nursing Assistant Role
As a nursing assistant, you'll work at DUVA – our day surgery and recovery unit – where you'll care for patients before and after surgery. You'll help create safety and provide excellent care throughout the patient's treatment process, for both adults and children.
Your duties will include preparing patients for surgery, assisting with various nerve blocks and anesthesia, and monitoring patient recovery after the procedure. Managing medical equipment, inventory management, and working with sterile materials are also part of your daily work.

The Operations and Intensive Care Clinic is one of the hospital's largest clinics with approximately 450 employees in intensive care, surgical care, sterile processing, and an administrative unit. Your Profile
We're seeking candidates who are qualified nursing assistants or studying to become nurses or doctors. Experience in emergency or inpatient care is advantageous.
This is a summer position covering the period from week 25 through week 33. We'll discuss your preferred schedule and work weeks during the interview.

You should have good collaboration skills, be empathetic, and maintain a positive approach to tasks and colleagues. Together, we create high patient safety and accessibility, with the patient at the center. Personal suitability is highly important.
