We'll review and plan an introduction with you before starting your summer position. We prefer candidates who can work at least 6 weeks during the summer period. Many patients are in vulnerable positions, requiring understanding and empathy. This demands that you remain calm, stable, and controlled in emerging situations. It's crucial that you can work well with others and understand your role in the team. You must be able to interact with patients in a way that makes them feel safe.
