Through a summer job at the Medicine and Geriatrics Clinic, you'll gain valuable experience before completing your nursing education! Working as a T5 Student During the Summer You will work under the support of a qualified nurse and have personal delegation for certain nursing tasks such as medication preparation and administration, sample collection, peripheral and central venous catheter management, documentation in Cosmic and LINK. This means you'll practice multiple tasks you'll work with after completing your nursing education. You'll work maintaining a holistic view of patients' complex needs. You'll be responsible for care, observation, medication, and collaboration regarding patients with varying care requirements. We want patients to be involved in their care, which means information is a crucial part of your work. You'll care for patients in the best way possible based on individual needs and proven medical care experience. We work in teams with different professionals, and together with other colleagues, you'll strive for good collaboration within the clinic. You'll work with varied nursing and medical tasks and have an opportunity to challenge and expand your knowledge within your future profession.
