In the role of summer care assistant, you will work in a team with nurses and other professional categories. Patients have access to treatment methods including supportive counseling, medication treatment, ear acupuncture, etc. As a care assistant, you participate in all steps of the care process and follow the patient from admission to discharge.
Work hours include day, evening, night shifts, and weekends.

Your Profile
We seek candidates who are over 18 and have healthcare education or are pursuing a human services-related program. We prefer candidates with an interest in psychiatric care and our target patient group.
In psychiatry, patient interaction is crucial. Your empathetic ability and service-oriented approach are fundamental to patient well-being. Since collaboration is common in our work methods, we appreciate team players. Personal suitability is highly valued.
To facilitate summer planning, we welcome candidates who can work 8 weeks or at least 4 consecutive weeks during the summer. Introduction occurs in addition to these weeks.
Our Offer
We offer an in-depth exploration of various psychiatric aspects through a "summer school" led by our experienced staff. You'll learn about different psychiatric care and treatment aspects, all during paid working hours, ensuring you leave with more than just practical knowledge.
In addition to the Region's standard introduction program, we provide a full-day introduction training covering psychiatric interaction and suicide prevention, creating an excellent foundation for your time with us.
