Nursing Role
Summer 2026 offers an exciting, developmental, and varied nursing position with us. In this role, you hold a central position in the care process and are responsible for leading and coordinating patient care through all process steps. Your tasks include assessing and planning care interventions based on the patient's individual needs, always in collaboration with both patient and relatives.
As a nurse, you become an important part of the team, working alongside doctors, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants to provide the best possible patient care. You coordinate care plans and ensure treatment is adapted and implemented safely and professionally. Through continuous dialogue and follow-up, you contribute to creating a stable and secure care environment.
The work is developmental and provides an opportunity to strengthen your knowledge in psychiatric nursing, acute and long-term patient contact, and develop skills in leading and supporting colleagues in a cohesive team. Your nursing work with us this summer will be an important foundation for your continued career and development in healthcare.

Work hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekends. In terms of scope, we offer you the opportunity to work as an hourly or full-time employee depending on your preference. If you want to continue working with us after summer, there are good chances for that!
