Cook Specializing in Asian Cuisine
We are seeking an experienced and food-passionate cook specializing in Asian cuisine for our restaurant at the campsite in Torsås. With us, you will prepare well-crafted and flavorful Asian dishes for both camping guests and local visitors.
Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and cook hot and cold dishes within Asian cuisine (e.g., stir-fry, fried dishes, sushi/simpler sushi depending on experience). Ensure high quality, flavor, and presentation of all dishes. Take responsibility for your own station in the kitchen during service. Clean and maintain your work station according to hygiene routines. Participate in ordering, receiving, and managing supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen and service staff.
Qualifications: Experience as a cook in Asian cuisine (e.g., Chinese, Thai, Japanese, or other Asian cuisines). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during service. Good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are positive, flexible, and enjoy providing guests with a great dining experience.
Meritorious: Experience from a restaurant in Sweden.
Working Hours and Employment: Seasonal employment/summer job, [approximate period, e.g., June–August 2026]
