Our client is now seeking an initiative-taking junior recruiter/researcher to join their dedicated recruitment team in Stockholm, where you'll have the opportunity to drive recruitment processes alongside a group of committed colleagues.
About the Company
Our client is an innovative and international company that supports their franchisees in finding sharp, sales-oriented profiles. The recruitment team, which always strives to make a difference in the company's spirit, currently consists of five recruitment consultants and a recruitment manager. The team supports both the central company and their franchisees in recruiting primarily sales-oriented profiles.
You will belong to a department that works in various ways to strengthen the sales organization, with the recruitment team playing a crucial role in contributing to the set growth targets.
The position is a consulting assignment via Mero during the summer of 2026, with the potential to eventually get a foot in the door with the client.
About the Role
As a recruiter/researcher, you will support their franchisees in finding sharp, sales-oriented profiles. You will have fun and challenging tasks such as:
• Finding suitable candidates through screening
• Using various search methods to broaden your selection and bring in even more outstanding candidates
• Conducting phone interviews to identify candidates matching the desired profile
• Presenting the best candidates to franchisees
• Helping to drive the recruitment process to completion – there's no better feeling!

Recruiting sales-oriented profiles is a challenging task, so it's positive if you have experience in sales or customer contact.

• Be a student in a post-secondary education, preferably with 1 year of studies remaining
• Be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
