Role as Midwife
As a midwife at the Women's Clinic, you work in a team and encounter women in all stages of life. You maintain good relationships with patients and their loved ones while collaborating with other healthcare providers and social authorities. Daily work includes managing both planned and emergency care.

The Women's Clinic at Värnamo Hospital provides gynecological and obstetric services 24/7. Each year, we welcome approximately 1,000 children into the world. We offer good, safe, and accessible care with high medical expertise, both in preventive women's healthcare and during pregnancy, childbirth, gynecological diseases, and adolescent reproductive health.

Your Profile
We are looking for a licensed midwife with a genuine interest in working within the broad midwifery competence area. You are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances. You work well with other people and can see the big picture and understand your role in a broader perspective. You are a structured person who plans your work efficiently. We place great importance on personal suitability.
