Role as Emergency Medical Technician As an emergency medical technician, you will work in a team with a nurse who is either basic or specialized, and together you will provide patient-safe care on-site and during transport. You will use advanced equipment and meet patients of various ages and in different situations, making the work both varied and challenging. Your Future Workplace Emergency Medical Services in Region Jönköping County is a modern and development-intensive organization, with 24 ambulances distributed across 12 stations. The operation consists of three ambulance areas: north, south, and east. The south area has stations in Värnamo, Gislaved, and Vaggeryd. The east area has stations in Eksjö, Nässjö, Vetlanda, Sävsjö, Tranås, and Aneby. The north area has stations in Jönköping, Habo, and Mullsjö.
