All for the sake of the elderly. Welcome to us! JOB DESCRIPTION Are you a nursing student in your 4th or 5th semester in the spring of 2026? Then take the opportunity to work as a healthcare assistant in one of our nursing teams this summer. You will work closely with experienced nurses, which will be valuable and developmental for your future career as a nurse or nursing assistant with healthcare responsibilities. The role of a healthcare assistant involves being placed in a nursing team and performing delegated tasks such as wound dressings, sample collections, and simpler medication distributions, among others. We work in teams alongside other professionals such as nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, care coordinators, and unit managers. You will meet people in their home environments and in various care and support residences, or within LSS/social psychiatry. We always start from each individual's needs and possibilities, which means we work with personalized healthcare. Before the summer, you will receive training and support through the municipality's Competence Center to confidently handle your delegations, which also includes an introduction to the work team. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for candidates who are currently studying in the nursing program at a university or college in their 4th or 5th semester in the spring of 2026, or who are experienced nursing assistants. The job requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a person, you are structured and can prioritize your work. You are positive, flexible, and have an efficient working style. You are a team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere in the team. Experience in healthcare and/or elderly care, psychiatry, and LSS is an advantage. A driver's license is a requirement. We welcome your application!
