Verified Global is growing and is now seeking a Solution Manager for its operations in Sweden! In this role, you will manage relationships with customers and stakeholders using your skills in communication and relationship management. Since then, development has progressed rapidly, and today we offer a complete product portfolio within regtech. Verified operates in several countries across Europe, and the Swedish office is located in new premises in Solna, where this position will be based. The office in Solna will consist of approximately 60 employees. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Verified for 6 months. You will become an expert on some of the key products and assist customers in finding the best solution. You will focus on coordinating people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and achieve the desired results. Your tasks will include: - Developing project plans, objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility - Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, according to plan and budget - Being a key person for Verified's products/services - Supporting sales in meetings with customers to find the right solution - Monitoring project progress/outcomes using appropriate systems, tools, and timelines - Conducting training for customers on the application you have implemented - Creating and maintaining project documentation **We are looking for someone who:** - Has strong system skills and can easily familiarize themselves with new case management or workflow systems - Has practical experience in project management, sales, or service - Has previous experience from a SaaS company and possesses a technical interest - Is proficient in both Swedish and English, as communication will occur in both languages A post-secondary education is an advantage.
