About the Role As a solar panel installer, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar cell systems on roofs, facades, and in solar parks. You will work both independently and in teams to ensure that systems function efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable standards. Your tasks will include: • Installation of solar panels on roofs and ground • Cable routing, connection, and linking of solar cell systems to the electrical grid • Mounting of fall protection and safety equipment • Measurement and fastening of mounting systems • Performing operational and maintenance actions • Troubleshooting and repair of solar cell systems in the field • Functional testing and commissioning of inverters • Working according to safety regulations, especially when working at heights • Customer contact We are looking for you who have: • Experience and/or education in electrical power engineering or electrical installations • At least 3 years of documented professional experience • Experience with surface membrane installation and membrane welding • Completed training in fall protection, scaffolding, and hot work • Experience working in both private and commercial properties and solar parks • Ability to read technical drawings and design solar cell systems • Practical understanding of solar cell technology and its components • Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations • Driving license class B (requirement) We offer: • A future-proof role in a growing industry • Opportunity to work with the latest renewable energy technology • An engaged team with passion for installation and service • Professional and helpful colleagues • Continuous training and development opportunities Want to be part of driving the energy transition forward?
