Approximately 1,200 dedicated employees work within the Social Care Administration, contributing to providing support and care to those who need it in our municipality. The work takes place in elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Solbacken is a special care facility located in beautiful Stora Herrestad, just outside Ystad. The facility consists of 27 apartments, with the possibility of cohabitation. We have two units, one focused on cognitive illness and one on somatic disability.
Our approach is person-centered, which means we start from each individual and work to create security, participation, and meaning in everyday life.
Job Responsibilities
As a night shift nursing assistant, you are responsible for providing care and support based on each resident's needs. You will collaborate with colleagues and nurses to ensure a safe night for our residents.
The work includes, among other things:
• Night-time care and supervision
• Documentation according to current routines
• Collaboration with other staff and nurses
• Delegated healthcare tasks
• Performing service interventions
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has previous experience working with multi-morbid elderly
• Is confident in your professional role, has good collaborative skills, and a genuine interest in elderly care
Meritorious:
• Delegation certification
• Experience with night work
