Your workplace will be within the home care areas of Järva and Hässelby/Vällingby, with our office located at Krossgatan 36, Vällingby. Our clients are located in the local area, and we travel on foot or by bike/car. Job Description As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide quality caregiving and social support. Your responsibilities will include helping and supporting clients in their daily lives to promote and meet their functional abilities, assisting them with social contacts and well-being. As a nursing assistant, you will also participate in care planning as a contact person. An essential part of the job is to document and register the client's care services in a secure manner to ensure that the client receives their approved assistance according to the decision made by social services. Qualifications For this position, you are required to have: - Nursing assistant training - A valid driver's license - Experience in home care: - Knowledge of registration from the municipality's various digital systems and care implementation plans. Additional Information Positions are filled on an ongoing basis. The position is a six-month probationary employment.
