Job Description
The role of a part-time substitute is a flexible position, where you have the opportunity to make yourself available based on your own schedule and will be booked according to the needs of the units. You will actively work on adding and removing your availability in the booking system.
When working within disability support, you assist individuals of all ages, all of whom have some form of disability. You meet them in their daily lives and ensure that each person’s care and support needs are met. You may work as a support assistant, personal assistant, or residential support worker. Our units are located in the central parts of Ulricehamn.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in working with people. It is highly advantageous if you have prior experience in the field of disability support (LSS) and/or relevant training in this area. We prefer that our part-time substitutes can work at least three shifts per week.
