Software Test & Verification Engineer - Automotive Company in Gothenburg
Job Description
As an Integration Functional Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the functional verification of complete electrical systems within the SW Verification team prior to software release for our client's cars. You will work closely with the China team, execute verification, and develop test methods in the Integration area. You will be part of the Integration test team in Sweden.
Qualifications and Skills Required
• B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 4 years of experience in automotive and embedded systems integration
• Relevant experience in vehicle integration and functional testing
• Experienced driver of automotive vehicle tests
• Strong ability to drive, motivate, and persuade
• Cultural awareness, particularly between Chinese and European cultures
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Valid Swedish driver's license

• Passion for automotive industry and driving experience
• Strong test analysis capabilities
• Cultural awareness, particularly between Chinese and European cultures
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Mandarin language skills (preferred)
IT/Software Requirements
Proficiency in Vector tools such as CANoe or CANalyzer
Position Details
• Full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg
• Start date: December 2025
• Initial 8-month contract with potential extension
