About this role
Staffanstorp is a young and expanding municipality with just over 27,000 residents, one of Sweden's best business climates, attractive living environments, and schools ranked among the very best in the country. Our approximately 1,200 employees work to create high-quality service, safety, and quality of life for our residents. Whether you are teaching children to read and count, offering culture and music, providing security and care, or developing the municipality's streets and squares, you contribute to creating good days for those who live and work in Staffanstorp.
As an employee of the municipality, you are part of an organization with high participation and quick decision-making processes. You will have strong collegial support as we work together to realize ideas and thoughts. Our operations are characterized by trust in one another and present leadership. If you want a meaningful job where you can make a difference, welcome to us!
EMPLOYMENT OFFICE
The Employment Office has a broad area of responsibility that includes individual and family care, labor market initiatives, adult education, municipal activity responsibility, and integration. Our work is based on a holistic view, participation, and individual responsibility. Through our support, care, and treatment initiatives, we aim to strengthen people's ability to change and increase their independence.
The office consists of five units: Children and Family, Support and Treatment, Adults, Reception and Guidance, and Quality and Operational Support.
We are now looking for a social worker for the Children and Family unit. One of our employees is moving on within the organization, and we are seeking someone who wants to contribute to ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time. Do you recognize yourself in an engaged, collaborative, and solution-focused working style? Then you will thrive with us!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a social worker within Children and Family, you will work with authority exercises focusing on ensuring that children and young people have their needs met. You will conduct investigations and follow up on decided initiatives.
In our investigative work, we use the Signs of Safety model, which provides structure, increases participation, and creates security for the families we meet. We work from a systemic and solution-focused approach, valuing high quality, updated knowledge, and reflective working methods. The work can sometimes be challenging, but it is always meaningful.
With us, you will have a varied job where your efforts make a real difference. In a smaller municipality, the path to decision-making and collaboration is short, which creates both efficiency and closeness in the work.

We are looking for someone who:
• has a degree in social work,
• has a positive and professional attitude,
