As a Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS), you will be part of our development group together with three colleagues and be an important part of the social services management function. You will join a dynamic group with specialist services including Medically Responsible Nurse and Business Development Manager. The group is characterized by a positive spirit focused on collaboration for high quality and individual focus in social services' client and patient work. As a SAS, you will work closely with the Medically Responsible Nurse (MAS). Jokkmokk Social Services encompasses areas of Individual and Family Care, Elder Care, Healthcare Unit, and Disability Support. WORK TASKS The SAS position has a broad scope and will include qualified investigative work, strategic operational planning, and development within social services. SAS has an overarching and strategic quality management function within the social services area based on applicable laws and regulations. Your work includes developing, educating, and ensuring quality in social services processes, creating routines, and compiling the annual quality report together with MAS. Additionally, you will lead and support work groups and provide advice and support to managers within the organization. You will also be responsible for following up operational self-monitoring and the social services incident management function, as well as developing and following up documentation related to social work. As SAS, you will independently investigate reports of misconduct under Lex Sarah by delegation from the committee and assess and decide on misconduct. Together with core operations, you will create and follow up action plans. Serious misconduct will be reported to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO). You will coordinate and monitor the external environment while staying updated on current laws and regulations. Part of your role as SAS also includes exploring and evaluating potential improvement areas within the social services branches. You will report directly to the Social Services Director. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate should have experience in investigative work and be familiar with working in a politically governed organization. You will professionally collaborate with others across all social services areas. Collaboration will also occur with other internal and external partners. We want you to have post-secondary education deemed relevant and have extensive experience in social services work areas. In your role as SAS, high demands will be placed on your ability to inspire and motivate staff and coach towards development. Staying current with research and development in your field is a given, as is being structured and clear in communication, both verbally and in writing, with good computer and IT skills. We want someone with a clear development focus and genuine interest and commitment to addressing short and long-term social services challenges. You should have good self-awareness, be calm and methodical with the ability to think strategically. To be suitable for the role, you need to be a person who takes initiative and is structured in your work. You have the ability to lead and inspire others to achieve goals while understanding the long-term consequences of your decisions. The employer places significant emphasis on personal suitability, and a driver's license is required.
