We are now looking for an engaged Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS) who wants to shape the future of welfare! **JOB DESCRIPTION** As the Socially Responsible Coordinator, you will have a central and strategic role in the development of the healthcare and social services administration's work within elderly care, LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and social psychiatry. You will work with qualified investigative work, quality management, and business development in close collaboration with the authorities, managers, and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations comply with applicable laws and regulations (SoL – Social Services Act and LSS) and contribute to a systematic quality assurance process. A key part of the assignment is to coordinate work according to the new Social Services Act and to collaborate with individual and family services to create coherence and continuity in the support provided to the municipality's residents. **Your main tasks include:** - Leading and developing quality management within SoL and LSS - Conducting Lex Sarah investigations and ensuring learning from incidents - Developing and updating routines, processes, and self-controls - Coordinating and planning competencies development initiatives within the operations - Being responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting to the National Board of Health and Welfare and other authorities - Participating in and driving development projects, including time-limited tasks linked to state grants or national initiatives - Collaborating broadly within the municipality, particularly with individual and family services to enhance coordination and common working methods **QUALIFICATIONS** **Your profile** We are looking for someone who has: - A degree in Social Work or another relevant higher education - Good knowledge of the Social Services Act and the Act on Support and Services for Certain Disabled Persons - Experience in development and quality work within healthcare and social services - Education or several years of experience in project management and coordination - Desirable investigative competence according to Lex Sarah - Strong communication skills, collaboration ability, and the capability to build relationships The role requires you to be both analytical and proactive.
