Together, we make Kalmar's care services even better around the clock. Welcome to us! JOB DESCRIPTION Do you want to be a key person in ensuring quality, legal security, and development within the areas of social services? Do you thrive in a strategic and advisory role where you can utilize both your legal expertise and your knowledge of social services practice to create security and quality for employees and residents? Then the role of Social Responsible Coordinator (SAS) could be your next step. As SAS, you will have a broad and significant assignment where you contribute to shaping, improving, and future-proofing the work of the care administration. You will work closely with both operations, management, and specialist functions, becoming an important driving force in building a professional and sustainable social service. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and quality-assuring routines, processes, and working methods within the area of social services, as well as contributing to spreading good examples within the organization. • Monitoring legislation, research, and guidelines, and providing qualified legal and methodological support to managers and employees. • Leading and being responsible for the entire Lex Sarah process, including investigations, assessments, and any reporting to IVO. • Conducting self-controls and operational inspections, as well as participating in the follow-up of private providers. • Producing analyses, statistics, and materials for quality reports, documents, and planning documents, as well as quality-assuring information to the National Board of Health and Welfare. • Quality-assuring and conducting training related to social services legislation and actively participating in internal and external networks. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, such as a social worker, as well as several years of experience in the areas of social services. You have worked with authority functions and possess good legal knowledge related to social services legislation. The role also requires you to lead groups, processes, or development work, and you have excellent collaboration and communication skills. It is an advantage if you have experience working in a politically governed organization, knowledge in statistics and analysis, and experience with a process-oriented working method. As a person, you have the ability to inspire and motivate others, and you easily adapt your approach to different target groups and situations. You work in a structured and independent manner, but also enjoy close collaboration with colleagues where you actively contribute to good teamwork. You create consensus and participation in change processes and engage both employees and external actors in a professional and secure manner, even in more complex or challenging situations. We welcome your application! We apply ongoing recruitment, so please submit your application as soon as you can. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Kalmar Municipality verifies identity and work permits before anyone is employed. This means that you, as an applicant, need to present identification. If applicable, you may also need to show your residence and work permit. As a permanent employee of Kalmar Municipality, you will be assigned to your workplace and are expected to contribute your work during heightened readiness.
