JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of the Social Services Department's staff function, working alongside specialists, managers, and colleagues. In your role as SAS (Social Services Quality Developer), you will have access to legal expertise, collaborate with other support functions, and be part of a SAS network. You will work to ensure that social services maintain high quality, comply with laws and regulations, and help drive improvements by developing routines and work methods.
Your role also includes ensuring individual needs are assessed and interventions meet requirements, as well as investigating misconduct under Lex Sara. You will function as a support for both case managers and managers, working closely with quality developers, medical responsible nurse (MAS), business developers, and other key functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Social worker with experience in administrative work within social services
• Strong knowledge of social documentation and relevant legislation in both LSS and SoL
• Previous experience as SAS is a plus but not a requirement
