As a Quality Development Specialist with us, you will have a central and strategic role in ensuring that our operations maintain high quality and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
About the Role
As a Quality Development Specialist, you are a key person in maintaining quality and legal certainty within social services. You work on behalf of the Head of Administration with colleagues in the staff, to ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with laws, regulations, and procedures. You are responsible for ensuring internal control, self-assessments, and writing annual quality reports with action plans. As part of the development work, you are part of the administration's Resource Academy, which is intended to be the hub for supporting employees in growing while driving the operations forward with a focus on legal certainty, quality, and children's rights. In addition to supporting operations in systematic quality work, you will educate, investigate, and follow up on deviations, grievances, and comprehensive complaints.
You will also contribute to monitoring legislation and quality issues and participate in and drive development and investigative assignments that strengthen the administration.
The work involves both operational and strategic elements and requires the ability to switch between details and overall perspective. You plan and drive your work independently but collaborate closely with colleagues in the staff.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
Social Work Degree
Several years of qualified experience within social services' individual and family care in public administration.
Good knowledge of legislation, especially SoL/LVU/LVM and municipal legislation.
Experience with systematic quality work and social documentation according to SOSFS 2011:9 management system for systematic quality work.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have:
Experience in the role of socially responsible coordinator within IFO (children, youth, adults).
Leadership experience - leading processes.
Class B driver's license.
Personal Qualities
To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical, structured, and have a good ability to plan and prioritize. You are attentive and communicative, with ease in creating trusting relationships. You have a pedagogical approach and contribute to spreading knowledge and commitment in the organization.
