Social Worker/Investigator
We are seeking an Investigator for our Children and Family unit.

The Children and Family unit consists of intake, investigation, implementation (intervention), family resource center (open care), family law, and foster care. The unit includes a deputy unit manager, three unit managers, a business developer, an administrative social worker, specialist social workers, social workers, family therapists, and two foster care secretaries.
About the Role
As an investigating social worker with us, you will work on investigating and assessing support and protection needs for children, youth, and their families. The work involves both independent tasks and close collaboration with colleagues, other professionals, and external actors. The target group is children aged 0-18 and their parents. You will become part of a team of eight committed social workers working together to create security and quality in case management. You will work according to BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus) and current legislation.

We are looking for someone with a social work degree and experience in municipal social services, with good knowledge of current legislation and BBIC. Experience working in the Lifecare management system is meritorious.
Terms
Continuous external supervision is offered, along with a mentor who supports you in your work during your first year. We apply flexible working hours. We practice seven hours of workplace-based working time with one hour of reflection time for all employees with administrative duties within IFO. Wellness allowance, vacation exchange, and some opportunities for remote work are available.
Working Hours/Duration: Permanent employment, full-time. Start date by agreement.
Salary: Individual salary setting.
B driver's license is required.
Some travel is included in the position.
