In addition to ongoing supervision, you'll continue to give and receive support from colleagues and your manager. Example of Work Tasks: • Investigate, assess, decide, and implement decisions according to the Social Services Act • Create and maintain client contacts to assess assistance rights, motivate, and strengthen client's own resources to become self-sufficient • Document according to current guidelines • Collaborate with internal and external actors and authorities • Motivate and guide individuals towards labor market initiatives and education About the Workplace The Support Services Department is located at Ribbingsgatan 1-3 and is part of the Education and Labor Market Administration. The operation consists of several units with different focuses: Administration and Service, Adults, Youth and Reception, and Settlement and Integration. Over 100 employees work in our large organization, and currently, there are several open positions in the Adult Units, Youth and Reception, and Integration. We have digitized the application process to free up time for social work by reducing administrative tasks.
