We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to contribute to a safe and professional first encounter with the Adult Unit. Here, you will work in a role that truly makes a difference and where you are an important part of our continued development. **About Us** The Adult Unit consists of a unit manager, a team leader, and ten dedicated social workers. Together, we work with authority exercises according to SoL, LVM, and LVU for individuals over 18 years old. A strong children's rights perspective permeates our entire operation, regardless of the subject area of the case. We handle cases in: - Financial assistance - Harmful use and dependency - Social psychiatry - Violence in close relationships - Other adult cases within individual and family care, e.g., housing social contracts With us, you will work in an environment where legal security, participation, and a holistic view are central. We value close collaboration both internally and externally to create a cohesive social service that truly meets the needs of individuals. **About the Position** As a social worker in the reception function, you are the first contact for many of our citizens. You will have a varied workday where you help ensure that adults receive the right support at the right time, making the work both meaningful and developmental. Your main tasks will include: - Receiving and managing applications and reports of concern - Conducting preliminary assessments, implementing emergency interventions, performing initial investigations, providing advice, and writing statements - Making decisions according to SoL and LVM - Assessing immediate protection according to LVM - The work involves quick and well-founded assessments as well as close collaboration with, for example, the police, healthcare, and other parts of social services. - Here, you will have both a supportive team and the opportunity to develop in line with the needs of the operation. **QUALIFICATIONS** What we are looking for in you: We are seeking someone who is a qualified social worker with knowledge and experience in authority exercises within the area of harmful use and dependency. If you also have experience working with violence in close relationships, we consider that an advantage. You are a person who wants to develop in your professional role while contributing your commitment and expertise. With us, you will have the right conditions to make a real difference for our community residents, together with engaged and experienced colleagues. - A degree in social work, with at least 3 years of professional experience in authority exercises. - Experience in social services authority exercises related to harmful use and dependency. - Experience and ability to make emergency assessments and, together with colleagues and the team leader, plan and manage emergency interventions. - You have the ability to handle high workloads and multiple parallel processes during busy periods and can respond to urgent situations and reprioritize your workday as needed. - Knowledge and ability to document accurately and legally. **Meritorious** - Experience working with financial assistance, violence in close relationships, and/or social psychiatry is advantageous. - Knowledge and experience of IBIC and Signs of Safety are also advantageous. **Your Competence** - The role involves working with urgent situations, which requires you to be flexible and able to organize, delineate, and prioritize your tasks. - Familiarity with having many points of contact. - Being trustworthy and having good collaboration skills. - Attentive and clear in your communication. - Easily able to build good relationships. - Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. **OTHER** We offer you: With us, you will find a workplace characterized by development, renewal, and a learning environment with clear frameworks.
