The Social Services Department is one of the larger workplaces in the municipality. Within the Individual and Family Care (IFO) department, there are three units working on matters concerning children and families: an Investigation Unit, a Placement Unit, and a Counseling and Support Unit. We are co-located in new premises close to other units within the IFO.

WORK TASKS
As a social secretary in the Investigation Unit, your tasks will include:
• Investigating children and youth situations after application or report
• Following up on family treatment assistance
• Close collaboration with other units within Individual and Family Care, such as working closely with Counseling and Support regarding families in treatment and with the Placement Unit for foster home or residential care placements
• Documentation according to BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus)

QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a social work graduate with knowledge of current legislation, SoL, and LVU. Experience working with BBIC and knowledge of Treserva is considered meritorious.
You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good computer skills, and proficiency with digital tools. We want you to have a clear child perspective in your work and consider it self-evident that children should be participatory according to their age and maturity.
We place great importance on personal suitability. It's crucial that you are a secure and positive team player who contributes to overall functionality. As a person, you are structured and flexible.
Driving license B is required.
