About the Role
As a social worker for children and youth in Hässleholm, you are a crucial part of our work to create security and hope for the future. You work closely with children, youth, and their families, and your mission is to investigate, assess, make decisions, and follow up on interventions. We have a structured investigation process where we work in teams, each with a unit manager. Each team also includes a senior social worker who provides additional support, guidance, and mentoring for colleagues. Teams receive new cases during an on-call week, with dedicated writing days, following a three-week model.

About You
We are seeking someone with a social work degree, preferably with experience working with children and youth in social services. You have a good ability to meet people in various situations, express yourself verbally and in writing, and feel genuine commitment to creating a safer and better future for Hässleholm's residents.
