Social Worker for Assignment in Children and Youth

Here, you will meet engaged colleagues, clear leadership, and a workplace that values both your experience and your commitment. 👉 Your Mission • Work with investigations and interventions for children and youth aged 0–20 within the social services' authority. • Be responsible for the entire case management process, including compulsory care (LVU), according to BBIC. • Collaborate closely with specialist social workers, unit managers, and external actors to create comprehensive solutions. • Contribute your experience in a team that values collaboration, support, and development. • Primarily work on-site in Gävleborg County, with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week. ✅ We are looking for you who meet the must-have requirements • Have a degree in social work from a college or university. • Have at least 5 years of experience in authority work within children and youth. • Have very good knowledge of BBIC and experience in handling LVU cases. • Are self-sufficient in the systems Procapita/Lifecare. Desirable • Experience with Signs of Safety and involving children and youth's networks. • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in decision-making with both heart and judgment. • A humble team player who enjoys supporting and inspiring colleagues. 📍 Scope 100% (40 hours/week), normal working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, flexible hours from 06:00 to 22:00. Location: Gävleborg County. Overtime and travel may occur.
