About this role
Stockholm – our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone living here today and in the future. We are now looking for someone who wants to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm.
Welcome to us
We who work in the youth units have a strong commitment to the families we work with and the area we serve.
Having the opportunity to meet people from all over the world in our work is both interesting and rewarding!
We are three youth units that, together with two children's units, the family care unit, and the internal support unit, make up the Social Services for Children and Youth area. Each youth unit consists of a unit manager, two team leaders, and two investigation groups of about six social workers each. The internal support unit assists the social workers through, for example, administrators, SIG coordinators/social workers with the police, school coordinators, and other coordinators.
We are now seeking two new colleagues for our youth units. These positions are permanent.
We offer
We offer an exciting job alongside knowledgeable colleagues. Here, there are well-developed routines and a clear structure in the work. With us, you will have the chance to work on change initiatives within families and develop yourself. You will receive support from colleagues, team leaders, the unit manager, area coordinators, and all our various support functions, as well as external supervision. We care for and support each other, and we also value our differences and diverse backgrounds. Developing the organization and finding new ways of working is something we find both enjoyable and important!
