Your New Job As a social worker in the early interventions team, you'll work with both administrative duties and support interventions. Your task will be to build trust with the families you meet and create conditions for change, focusing on children's needs and their right to secure growing conditions. You are also flexible, good at taking initiative, and able to work independently and make your own decisions. You have a strong ability to act and handle various situations. You are trustworthy and easily collaborate with the families you meet, colleagues, and partner organizations. You can see individual needs and place them in a holistic perspective. You may need to work outside office hours up to two days per week. Your Competence - Hold a social work degree (210 credits) and a B driver's license - Are confident, stable, and have experience in administrative duties or treatment work with children and youth, as we seek varied experience from both administrative and treatment areas - Ability to see the big picture, build relationships, and create trust - Knowledge of Signs of Safety, BBiC, ICDP, MI, and cultural competence is meritorious We believe you want to make a difference, take responsibility for your tasks, and plan work efficiently. You value cooperation and understand the administrative role. Furthermore, you are self-assured and easily connect with others. Engagement, responsibility, and participation in our organizational development are important to you, and you gladly share your knowledge. Additionally, you have strong analytical skills and excellent Swedish language skills in speaking, reading, and writing. We consider good IT skills a given. Learn more: [website link] About the Position The Social Services' task is to ensure that everyone in Jönköping Municipality receives their fundamental needs for support, care, and security, based on political assignments and current legislation. The children and youth area of social services aims to provide support, care, and protection for children and youth who need it. The position belongs to the Reception team, located in Huskvarna City Hall. You will report to your unit manager. Important to Know This recruitment is for multiple permanent, full-time positions with start date by agreement. You will primarily work daytime, but service outside office hours may occur up to two days per week.
