The assignment: As a social worker with us, you will work with: • Investigations and assessments according to SoL and LVU • Deciding and following up on support measures for children, youth, families, and adults • Documentation and legally secure case management • Developing and strengthening work with preventive measures • Collaboration with schools, healthcare, associations, and other authorities Challenges and opportunities: We are on a journey of change where more preventive and supportive measures are replacing placements. This means you will have the opportunity to: • Strengthen the participation of children and youth • Contribute to faster and more accessible forms of support throughout the municipality, including rural areas and the archipelago • Develop working methods using tools such as BBIC and Signs of Safety • Handle complex cases that require both structure and creative problem-solving What you need to bring: Requirements: • Degree in social work • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish • Knowledge of the Social Services Act, LVU, and other relevant legislation Meritorious: • Experience in public administration within social services • Knowledge of BBIC, Signs of Safety, or similar methods • Finnish or any of the national minority languages We are looking for someone who has the competence to contribute to our operations regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, ethnic background, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or disability.
