Description Whether you are new to the profession or an experienced social worker, we are looking for you! In our children and youth group at Hällefors Municipality, you will have a meaningful, varied, and developing job where your competence is valued. You will work with investigations, assessments, and decisions concerning children, youth, and their families, as well as implementation of interventions. The work also includes preventive and family law tasks, such as investigations and reports to the district court regarding custody, residence, and visitation, as well as cooperation discussions. Investigative work is based on BBIC and documented in Viva IFO. You are expected to take active responsibility for both your work tasks and the development of the operation. Work Tasks - Conduct investigations according to SoL and LVU with the child at the center. - Handle applications and reports and follow up on approved interventions. - Collaborate with internal and external actors such as healthcare, school, and families. - Independently manage the entire process in your cases. - Work professionally and communicatively with focus on the child's best interests. Qualifications - Social work degree. - Ability to reflect and analyze. - Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. - Driver's license (B). - You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and are persistent in your approach. Meritorious - Experience with administrative authority and investigative work in social services. Conditions This is a permanent full-time position, and a probationary period may be applicable.
