Job Opening: Social Welfare Benefits Administrator in Tanum Municipality!
Are you ready for a new challenge and want to make a difference? We are seeking a temporary employee to work with social welfare benefits for one year.
We need someone who can contribute with commitment, valuable experience, and new ideas. Our benefits unit consists of ten case workers (four working with social welfare benefits), a unit manager, and has a broad area of responsibility.
Work Tasks
As a case worker with us, you will work closely with individuals to find paths to self-sufficiency. You will process applications for social welfare benefits, handle estates, and conduct preventive work through budget and debt counseling.
The work involves close collaboration with colleagues and unit manager, with weekly case discussions that provide space for reflection and collegial learning. You will also have frequent collaboration with both internal and external actors.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with a social work degree, social pedagogy background, or equivalent academic education. Experience with social welfare support is meritorious. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. You can distinguish between personal and professional matters and view relationships in their proper perspective.
You are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances with a solution-focused approach. You are well-organized, plan your work independently, and communicate information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing.
You are relationship-oriented and enjoy collaboration, both within the work group and with other operations. You will encounter people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, so it is important that you are attentive and have a good approach. Requirements: Social work degree, social pedagogy, or equivalent academic education, and a driver's license.
