About this role
The Supply Unit is now seeking dedicated and driven social workers. Do you have a degree in social work and social law, as well as experience and knowledge in financial assistance? Then you are the one we are looking for!
The Employment Administration organizes essential community services within social services and the labor market, working purposefully to ensure that as many residents of Borås as possible achieve and approach self-sufficiency. The administration has approximately 240 employees and is responsible for and finances around 350 labor market policy positions.
At the Supply Unit, social workers thrive and work who believe in people's abilities and focus on the individual. Our philosophy is that change occurs in the meeting with the person. For nearly a decade, we have developed a unique working method where personal meetings with clients have become a crucial part of our success. We work on building relationships and systematically design support and follow-up based on our profession to help individuals reach their goals.
Another success factor in our concept is well-established routines where we have built a clear structure and guidelines for our work. Many changes are currently taking place in our profession, not least against the backdrop of digital development, where we have recently launched our new digital platform for online applications for financial assistance.
We are a large and wonderful team of over 45 employees with three unit managers. We work in bright and pleasant offices in central Borås, and all social workers have their own office.
