You will support an engaged team by investigating and following up on interventions for children and families. This role is suitable for those who wish to combine independence, community benefit, and clear responsibility in a municipality in Jämtland County.
👉 Your assignment
• Conduct investigations and follow-ups within children and family services.
• Manage urgent situations and perform risk assessments.
• Document in VIVA with high quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Exercise authority in accordance with current legislation and ensure legally sound decisions.
✅ We are looking for someone who
• Has at least three years of experience in case management within children and family services.
• Is self-sufficient and confident in exercising authority.
• Has excellent documentation skills.
• Holds a valid B driver's license.
• Has experience with VIVA.
📍 Scope
100%, full-time Monday–Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The position is based in a municipality in Jämtland County and includes driving. One day per week may allow for remote work.
📅 Assignment period
January 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026. Extension may be possible.
