JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a social worker focusing on Children and Youth, you will work with children and adolescents up to 21 years old and their families. We have a clear systems-theoretical approach where we place the person needing support from us at the center, and we believe that the working alliance and continuity over time are important parts of the change process. Therefore, we strive for the same social worker to meet the child or youth throughout their time with us. This means you will handle all related duties such as intake/initial assessments, investigations, and follow-ups of both outpatient interventions and placements.
Our conviction is that social change work must be conducted in close collaboration with the individual and with partner organizations. Together, we work to enable changes in life situations that lead to good conditions for the future.
Part of the work is carried out together with our partner organizations, where we create shared approaches both for the individual and for our services. As a social worker with us, you will also actively participate in the unit's service development by contributing to the establishment and implementation of routines and working methods.
