Social Pedagogue for Östra School F-3

At Östra School, we currently have approximately 190 students in grades F-3, divided across four buildings. We are centrally located in Vaggeryd, close to both a sports hall and the municipal library. At our school and after-school program, we strive to create a positive learning environment that promotes learning, safety, and creativity. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Your role will be to collaborate with your colleagues to manage and develop our work at the school and after-school program. You will help create a safe environment for our students through strong relationships at both group and individual levels. We work proactively and preventively to achieve good goal fulfillment and well-being among our students. You will cooperate with teachers in both the school and after-school program, as well as with our EHT team. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone who has at least a vocational education as a social pedagogue and who, with commitment, care, and courage, makes a difference every day. You are a present adult and an important role model throughout the students' entire school day, including in the classroom, in the cloakroom, during breaks, and in the after-school program. You contribute to safety, well-being, and a conducive learning environment. As a person, you are proactive, create engagement and participation, and have a drive to ensure that our students feel safe and develop. Your communication skills are strong, and you find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, and guardians.
